1. What OutcomeX is

OutcomeX (the "Service") is a play-money prediction market operated for entertainment and educational purposes. OXC is virtual currency with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services, and is not redeemable in any form.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the Service does not violate any law that applies to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; we may suspend duplicate accounts.

5. Markets and resolution

The operator authors all markets and decides resolution based on the resolution source listed on each market. Resolutions are final once posted. If a market's outcome is genuinely ambiguous or cannot be resolved, the operator may void it and refund participants.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of resolution sources, or that bugs won't occasionally affect orders. Since no real money is at stake, your remedy is the refund or correction of affected OXC balances at our discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@outcomex.example.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
